Life Coaching, although a powerful tool for personal development, is not the final and all-inclusive antidote to problems. The success of a coaching program is dependent on what is taken from it and what is applied by the client in real-life scenarios.

The optimum frequency and length of coaching sessions are dependent on a plethora of factors. These include program type, client, and bespoke requirements. How often can you schedule?

When it comes to the standard frequency and length of life coaching sessions, a popular option is to hold 45-minute sessions once a week, which allows for regular check-ins and progress tracking while also giving you time to implement the insights and action steps discussed during the session.

But if you cannot schedule weekly sessions, then it makes sense for your life coach to offer longer duration sessions (60-90 minutes) that can be scheduled fortnightly.

What do you need coaching for?

If you need support through a tough time, then frequent and longer coaching sessions may be what you need. The app is fantastic, it is a brilliant way to record how I am feeling, whether it be good bad or indifferent. It's design is made support your development everyday but like a warm coat in winter you will need to use it to get the benefit. It takes a few minutes a day to use it effectively. This program has been life changing for our family.
