Coaches sacrifice many hours of their week putting in extra work so that everything can be prepared effectively for the training environment and competition. This type of coaching is used to develop mental toughness rather than to ‘cure’ mental disease. Instead, it focuses on emotional well-being and improving mental health.   • Developing a strategy to improve performance and yield better outcomes.

They give their customers the tools they need to improve their mental health. A competent mental health coach is someone who can offer advice and support. They also motivate their customers to do better than before. Clients collaborate with mental health coaches to better understand their requirements. Mental health coaches establish goals to attain after the needs have been identified. These objectives might be short-term or long-term. They devise a strategy to achieve these objectives. Coaches for mental health also serve as accountability partners. Clients are not on their own in their quest! A competent mental health coach will be there for you through every step in your journey.

Mental health coaching is one of the most under-appreciated yet difficult topics. It encompasses mental health, as well as diseases such as stress, anxiety, PTSD, hypertension, and depression. The app is fantastic, it is a brilliant way to record how I am feeling, whether it be good bad or indifferent. It's design is made support your development everyday but like a warm coat in winter you will need to use it to get the benefit. It takes a few minutes a day to use it effectively. I use bubble popping to create dreams along with solving challenges. I thought shop to identify what is moving me towards my goals or causing blockages. I will also create tasks that need completing as well. I'll journal and when I do I focus on the feeling, the sounds, the smells. This program has been life changing for our family.
