As a Quality of Life coach, I help midlife sandwich-generation adults, who are embarking on a really challenging aged care journey with their parent(s), to heal from resentment and relational trauma, now, in a timely manner. And to create a high quality mindset grounded in clarity, an authentic-life blueprint, and lasting emotional health. The legacy of emotional health for the next generation, that often follows after Quality of Life coaching, is intended to break cycles of intergenerational trauma.

Breaking cycles of intergenerational trauma is intended to ripple peace throughout society, and hasten the speed of the emotional and spiritual evolution of humanity. My mentors in my life journey have included Mynoo Maryel, Mary Morrissey, Richard Maloney, Benjamin Harvey, Peter Sage, key religious prophets including Baháʼu’lláh, Buddha, and Jesus, and authors Jane Goodall, the Dalai Lama, Socrates and Waldo Emerson.
