Chantelle Gianinotti – Life Redirection Coach
Chantelle Gianinotti is a Life Redirection Coach who helps women facing infertility, chronic illness, and personal setbacks rebuild their confidence, purpose, and identity. Her coaching practice is grounded in lived experience and supported by over 15 years of professional work in counselling, wellbeing, and community development.
What makes Chantelle’s work unique is her ability to connect deeply with women who feel lost or stuck when life doesn’t go to plan. She understands what it feels like to grieve an expected future and start again from scratch. Her approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and practical—focused on helping clients move forward with clarity and strength.
Professionally, Chantelle brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science and has spent over a decade in wellbeing roles across the education and community sectors. She led mental health programs, managed complex case work, and supported at-risk youth and families through significant transitions and challenges.
She has also worked at a leadership level managing multiple youth-focused programs, led a team of coordinators and practitioners, and built strong networks across education, legal, and social services.
In her coaching, Chantelle blends her extensive professional background with her personal understanding of trauma, resilience, and redirection. Her coaching isn’t about short-term motivation; it’s about lasting mindset change and personal empowerment.
Chantelle’s mission is to ensure no woman has to go through life’s hardest seasons alone. She is passionate about helping women rediscover who they are, find joy in unexpected places, and build a life filled with meaning—even if it looks different than they imagined.
Whether it’s navigating grief, finding a new career path, or learning how to live for themselves again, Chantelle walks alongside her clients every step of the way. Her story is one of resilience, and her purpose is clear: to help others rise, rebuild, and thrive.
