Our Coaching Details

There are several coaching programs under our mental health counselling sessions, and you can enquire about our programs over the telephone or leave a message here. Once you get into Quality Mind coaching programs, we work collectively to become a better version of yourself and see tangible changes in your life when you have completed your classes. You will communicate with your mental health coach through live Zoom sessions, which will run every week till the end of your coaching session. If you want your mentor to pay more attention to your mental issues and problematic areas, you can sign up for a one-to-one session, or there is also an option for group counselling classes.

Process

All new enrollments begin with an introductory session. You get to know your coaches and vice versa. In the second phase, we identify areas of a problem – what is the cause, and how is it affecting you? This takes a few classes. The last stage of coaching is result-oriented. Your coach works closely with you to overcome your problems and obstacles to complete your mental well being.

Duration

Our coaching programs are as flexible as possible to reach a wider audience. We offer ten-week and three-month programs if you have small issues hindering your mental health. You can join our six-month or one-year programs if you think you need more time.

Cost
