Vani Suriaprakash, started her career more than a decade, by 2009 and still continuing to move from strength to strength. Right from the beginning, her focus was more towards coaching & mentoring and as days progressed, the desire changed to passion, because of working alongside like minded people. The ability, to make people around her feel comfortable, makes her an easy go to person to discuss and get clarity of thoughts. Listening to other is her primary forte as it helps her to understand in a unique way and post questions to the clients, which makes them to come out of their comfort zone and think out of the box.

Genuinity – The biggest positive and the core strength of her and the ability to remain calm and composed adds up to her character, which makes any discussion with her to head in the right way.

Having worked in different domains, ranging from banks, telecom, Media & Entertainment, she knows the the right time to raise up difficult questions and she does to ensure the clients understand and face challenges.

When it comes to coaching & training, her hunger is never ending, ranging from certifications from ICF and other leading programs as well. She believes in learn as if there is no tomorrow.

Vani is very much attached to her daughter and as every mother would agree, her daughter is the apple of her eye and she ensures to spend as much time as possible with her daughter. She often surprises her daughter by trying our new recipes via various social media channels and gets direct feedback from her as well.
