For the past 35 years l have successfully run my own hair and barber shops with at one point having 5 outlets throughout the Melbourne region. This has enabled me to discover business planning and implementing strategies to become successful and continue to grow even through difficult economic times.

I have been instrumental in allowing staff to grow and then to encourage them to venture out for themselves. Dealing with people on everyday basis has given me invaluable insight on how to deal with individuals and groups, it has enabled me to grow as l helped others grow around me. I have a passion to help others, be it through personal hardships or business. There is nothing more satisfying to me than helping others overcome their struggles be it business or personal.
