Jason Sutherland

I am Jason Sutherland. I have been working as an Operations professional for many years. In the last 5 years I have dedicated part of that work life to helping those inside our organisation to get through their challenges. I became an ambassador for Mens Mental Health and was a go to person for people to reach out to if they wanted to chat. I also became a mentor for younger people to help them on their career journeys. During this time I found more and more people needing assistance.

It was then I saw an opportunity to join the Quality Mind Global team to boost my credentials and skills as a life coach and to continue to help others.

I am now a life coach specialising in helping people overcome their challenges and create the life they want.

My passion is to help others realise their full potential, build self-confidence, and find purpose. I hope to become better at what I do so I can become better at helping others.
