Bertay spent 23+ years in the corporate world and decided to use his life experience and skills for his own business starting 2019.

He first joined Engage and Grow, got deeper into team activation and employee engagement and he is one of the most active coaches in that area in Turkey. He likes helping organizations & individuals to reach their goals, to inspire action and connection & to improve all aspects of their existence.

Bertay is a certified ICF coach and doing executive coaching as well. QM is an inspiration for Bertay, to improve his life, as well as helping others to reach to their dreams. As Bertay received a lot of help & improvement from QM methodology, he would like to help others. He lives in beautiful Izmir in Turkey with his wife Digna.
